All students must ensure that they read the following terms and conditions of admission before they sign the application form.

Admission for a course, together with the payment of the dues/required deposit, constitutes an abiding agreement on the student to follow the courses.

The eligibility criteria for each Programme as set out in the College prospectus must be followed.

Once a student has been accepted on the course, payment of full semester fee (as prescribed in the Admission Booklet) is required for confirmation of the admission in the respective Programme.

All dues must be paid in full prior to commencement of the classes/ semester.

Selected candidates failing to deposit full fee by the due date, loses his/her seat which is offered to the next waiting candidate on merit list.All bank charges must be paid by the student.Admission processing fee is non-refundable/non-adjustable. However, Admission/Tuition fee once paid is refunded only as per below mentioned HEC policy for all candidates including those who applied/admitted on result awaiting basis:

Full (100%) fee refund (Excluding admission fee) up to 7th day (including Saturday and Sunday) after commencement of classes as notified by the College.

Half (50%) fee refund (Excluding admission fee) from 8th to 15th day (including Saturday and Sunday) after commencement of classes as notified by the College.

No fee refund thereafter except refundable security.

The College will not allow students to appear in the final exams if their attendance in class is less than 75%. Absence through illness must be supported by a medical certificate.

Behavior that puts other students and staff at risk or in a harmful/dangerous situation will not be tolerated and disciplinary procedures will be implemented.

Commencement of classes is subject to obtaining viable batch of at least 25 students in the particular Programme. In case lesser number of students take admission, the admission of such students will be carried forward in the next semester OR student may apply for refund of fee.
